Orders

All orders placed through this website are requests for purchase, confirmed with our team over WhatsApp. An order is only final once we confirm availability, pricing and delivery details with you directly.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change without notice. Delivery fees are agreed separately based on your location.

Payment

Pay on Delivery is available within Nairobi. For other orders, payment is arranged directly with our team, typically via M-Pesa, once your order is confirmed. We do not process card payments on this website.

Warranty

Products carry up to 1 year of official Oraimo warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding accidental damage, water damage and normal wear and tear.

Returns

If a product arrives faulty or different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp to arrange a replacement or refund.

You agree to use this website only for legitimate personal or business purchasing purposes and not to misuse the cart or checkout system.
